There is no restaurant service in the company, which is however available in the nearby tourist center of Castelnovo ne&#8217; Monti, a few minutes away.\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Due to the way our service is organized, <strong>we cannot offer overnight stays for just one night<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>Breakfast is provided in the rooms, while in the apartments only a welcome service is provided<\/li>\r\n<li>Almost all apartments and rooms are equipped with air conditioning and good insulation. In the summer months of greatest use, a 10% surcharge will be applied to the rates<\/li>\r\n<li>All rooms, bathrooms and apartments are equipped with sheets and towels<\/li>\r\n<li>The kitchens in the apartments are equipped with everything necessary for their use: plates, cutlery, detergents, sponges, paper towels<\/li>\r\n<li>Material for outdoor activities is also available to customers, such as sunbeds, Se\u00f2ra hammocks, sail tents, mattresses<\/li>\r\n<li>We accept pets in our facility, although we are not always able to accommodate them.
